Social Studies: Map Investigation

Activity Idea: Using Google Maps, search for your state. Take a screenshot of the map. Use the "Camera Roll" item type to import your screenshot. Using the drawing annotation tool and text caption tool, point out the state capital, largest city, major rivers or lakes, and name the bordering states.

Tip: Use different color pens to point out the different features on the map. Create a color key using the text caption tool.
